HR SUPERVISOR

Job Description :
  • Control and monitoring all activities personnel and development, welfare, government legislation, security and training.
  • Government and labor relation, government legislation and another legal aspects, and HR processing (HR planning, industrial relation system, career planning, recruitment, performance review, disciplinary system, Training needs & execution and personnel administration etc).
  • Responds to employee and management inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
  • Develops programs and opportunities that identifies and promotes  employee engagement.
  • Reviews and monitors applicant flow reporting, payroll/ timekeeping processes and benefit administration for accuracy and consistency.
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide associate services.
  • Supervises the payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements :
  •     Male / Female
  •     S1 Management / Law / Human Resources graduated from reputable university
  •     Experience min. 5 years.
  •     Having sound knowledge of Immigration and communication with union.
  •     Analytical thinking, having high achievement motivation, and relationship building.
  •     Able to demonstrate an effective Team Leadership.
  •     Proficient in English both spoken and written.
  •     Computer literacy.
